Desmond Ridder attends Colts minicamp on tryout basis
Our Summary
Desmond Ridder, a 25-year-old quarterback, is trying out at the Colts minicamp. Originally a Falcons third-round pick in 2022, Ridder was Atlanta's starter for most of 2023. After being traded to the Cardinals and placed on their practice squad, he was signed by the Raiders, where he played six games. With a career completion rate of 63.6%, Ridder has 4,002 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions. Previously, he was set to attend the Broncos rookie minicamp, but that fell through. Currently, the Colts are dealing with injuries, making Ridder’s tryout timely.
