Eagles agree to terms with first-rounder Jihaad Campbell

Our Summary

The Philadelphia Eagles have signed their first-round draft pick, linebacker Jihaad Campbell, to a four-year contract worth over $14.9 million in guaranteed money, with an option for a fifth year. Campbell is the 28th first-round pick from April's draft to finalize his contract. He will join fellow linebackers Zack Baun, who was re-signed this offseason, and Nakobe Dean, who is currently recovering from a knee injury that may extend into the regular season. Meanwhile, second-round safety Andrew Mukuba remains the only Eagles draft pick yet to agree to terms, joining a group of thirty second-round picks still unsigned.
