Rams bolster offensive line by signing veteran tackle D.J. Humphries

Our Summary

The Los Angeles Rams have bolstered their offensive line by agreeing to terms with veteran offensive tackle D.J. Humphries, just before the conclusion of offseason workouts. Although the contract has not yet been signed, Humphries, a 2015 first-round draft pick by the Arizona Cardinals, is expected to join a line featuring starters Alaric Jackson, Rob Havenstein, and Warren McClendon Jr. After eight seasons with the Cardinals, Humphries suffered a major knee injury in 2023, and later dealt with a hamstring injury during his brief tenure with the Kansas City Chiefs. The Rams did not draft an offensive lineman, making the addition of Humphries a strategic move to strengthen their roster.
